YY1 TripEdvisors for Moviegoers

The English Department has arranged a movie session for our students on 7th July, 2025 in Lumen Cinema. By immersing themselves in a cinematic experience with premium, reclining seats, students enjoyed F1® The Movie with their popcorn, hot dogs and soda.

 

Students were fully engaged and anxious as they were exactly like watching the Formula 1 races. Some of them recognized actual F1 drivers and mentioned about the growth of the drivers, which inspires them to pursue their dreams. Such ultimate race experience and good story line reminded students of the different challenges they have accepted as teenagers.

 

As a casual sharing after the movie, some were enlightened to be focused, passionate and faithful to their choices. They have learnt to uphold a competitive spirit, cultivate a mindset focused on continuous improvement, healthy rivalry and ethical conduct, while also respecting opponents and learning from both wins and losses. It is hoped that they will take this opportunity to set clear goals during summer, strive for excellence and maintain a positive attitude towards challenges they are facing in the coming academic year.
