Form One Reader's Theatre

23/04/2026

Integrating Reader’s Theatre in the speaking lessons for F.1 is an excellent way to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application. They practice intonation, stress and rhythm to convey meaning, and focus entirely on vocal projection and clarity. This method effectively builds reading fluency and confidence in a collaborative, low-pressure environment.

Our F.1 students performed in a Reader’s Theatre on 23rd April. They transformed theoretical phonetic skills into expressive performances, significantly boosting their oral confidence and collaborative skills while internalizing target language structures in a dynamic, stress-free environment.

The event was a wonderful celebration of our F.1 students' hard work, capturing the moment they transformed their classroom learning into a brilliant showcase of confidence and linguistic achievement.
